I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Marin County for over 40 years, now an Associate Broker with Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty. I know everyone!
Being a top producer in the County gives me an advantage when negotiating for my clients. I specialize in residential and residential income properties. Starting out as an investor 50 years ago I have seen and experienced firsthand what my clients go through when buying and selling their own properties. Managing my properties has given me the knowledge to direct my clients in their endeavors.
When listing a property I take you from start to finish with my team of stagers, painters, carpenters, landscapers, etc. I truly guide my clients on preparing their home for market which can be daunting at best. Professional photos/videos and social media exposure through Sotheby's is top flight! When purchasing a property I am your advocate to negotiate the best price and the winning bid. I am there to arrange inspections, appraisals and get the loan done... not an easy job in today's market.
I am a member of several high power network groups including Top Agent, Buy/ Sell, Friday Mornings Network & Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty Network. Through these network groups I often locate properties and sell my listings before they hit the open market.
I have served as a board member of the Marin Association of Realtors, the Community Relations Committee and the MLS Management Committee. This opened doors to great relationships with many top agents. I also served on the Tam High Foundation, PTA and the MV Soccer League leading me to many close connections in the community.
I am very involved in the Jewish community where I served as President of Congregation Kol Shofar, and volunteer with many other Jewish organizations. Many of my clients are new to the county and their first connection is through the Jewish community.
I have been a resident of Mill Valley for almost 50 years where I live with my husband, Eddy. Eddy is the owner of ProMortgage, a mortgage brokerage company in San Rafael. Our son, David, is a graduate of Tam High and UCLA. He now runs ProMortgage.
